Our small steps started in 2018 in Bandung, West Java. It started with the founder making daily food that was friendly for her family's health. Gluten-free food products are created that have a delicious taste and can be enjoyed by children and adults.
The taste of our home-produced gluten-free baked foods has been enjoyed and liked by the local community. As well as having a positive impact on people who have an intolerance to gluten and milk.
The delicious taste of our baked foods is a contribution from the main raw materials that we obtain from various regions in Indonesia, including gluten-free flour from Central Java, then coconut sugar from Central Java and West Java, coffee from West Java, and Java Criollo variety cocoa, cocoa with the rarest and most exotic taste that grows in Java.
We continue to explore local Indonesian raw material products processed by farmers and the local Indonesian food industry. Because we believe that local products can contribute and enrich the quality of our baked food products. Apart from that, the aim of our collaboration is so that we can always grow sustainably together with Indonesian farmers and the local Indonesian food industry. We are determined to continue to grow with an ever-growing positive impact for Indonesia.

Every single batch of our gluten-free, dairy-free brownie bites is made with so much care, love, and passion, and I’m so excited for you to experience them.
Our journey began with a desire to create something truly special for people like you—those who want to enjoy a delicious treat without compromising on ingredients or taste. I know how hard it can be to find baked goods that meet dietary restrictions and still deliver that perfect, indulgent flavor. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a snack that everyone—no matter their dietary needs—can enjoy.

Battenberg`s delicious and crunchy dry brownie snack. Tiga Indonesia special uses Java Criollo cocoa beans, which have the rarest and most exotic taste grown in Java, combined with gluten-free flour (cassava flour and corn flour) specially blended from Battenberg Tiga Indonesia. Does not use animal fat and its derivative products, but uses 56% cocoa butter. Apart from that, it also uses coconut sugar, vegetable oil and eggs.
